Please review the cancellation schedule.  Coordinating a mission journey for a sizeable group takes careful planning. We understand that ‘things’ do happen as the travel dates approaches.  However, we must to understand that our country hosts are making accommodation arrangements and at times taking vacation days off to be with us during the time we spend in their country.
